SUMMARY:
The project is aimed at opening of the education and the educational institutions to digital technologies by introducing new solutions for better individual training, allowing teachers to apply more precise and effective approaches to each student and to increase motivation, by encouraging self-study and self-assessment, as well outside of the classroom. The implementation of cloud environment and an unified platform for educational services and contents will enhance the process of digitalization of the Bulgarian education system and will facilitate the communication between teachers and parents. The implementation of the project will ensure a supporting qualification for teachers, teaching in the field of STEM and will establish conditions for development of new and validation of existing digital competences and knowledge. It is foreseen to develop digital educational content as electronic students’ books and e-manual, interactive and multimedia lessons, educational applications and games, tests, etc., as well as enhancing students' digital competences and skills in the form of extracurricular activities.
RESULTS FORESEEN (INDICATORS):
Schools and kindergartens involved in activities on implementation of innovative teaching methods by using modern ICT: 2 000;
Number of pedagogical specialists involved in training on studying, implementation and application of innovative teaching methods by using modern ICT: 26 900;
Students/children from schools/kindergartens involved in the activities under procedure: 220 000;
Share of schools and kindergartens, involved in the activities under OP (procedure), that implemented innovative teaching methods, elaborated under OP, by using modern ICT: 85%;
Share of pedagogical specialists involved in the activities under procedure that attain skills on introduction and application of innovative teaching methods by using modern ICT: 85%;
Share of students and children in the schools/kindergartens that successfully complete their participation in the interest clubs and additional training on and by ICT: 25%
